Nicole Baker
Area Manager/NZMSM TeacherNicole Baker serves as our Area Manager and brings over 15 years of experience in music education. She is passionate about teaching music to students ranging from children to teenagers, tailoring her lessons to align with each student's interests and fostering enjoyable learning experiences. Nicole's musical journey began in childhood, where she learned to play the organ, participated in music competitions, and pursued New Zealand Music School of Music (NZMSM) exams. These experiences significantly contributed to her confidence and creativity.
Later in life, Nicole uncovered her passion for music education, specializing in contemporary and modern piano, as well as keyboard instruction. Residing in Patumahoe, Nicole offers music lessons at Patumahoe and Wai au Pa schools, in addition to teaching at Pukekohe Intermediate. She also conducts after-school sessions at the Pukekohe Methodist Church. "I love teaching music; each student is unique, and it is a privilege to be part of their musical journey and to support them in their discovery."
