Kathy Ganter
NZMSM TeacherWith over 25 years of experience as a member of the New Zealand Modern School of Music, Kathy is an accomplished music educator, offering lessons to students of all ages. Located in Buckland, she provides music instruction within Onewhero and Ararimu Schools, as well as after-school lessons in her home studio. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Kathy also enjoys performing at family events, jazz festivals, and corporate functions.
Kathy provides instruction across a wide array of musical styles, including modern, classical, popular, and jazz, accommodating students at all levels from beginner to advanced. She prepares her students for both New Zealand Music School of Music (NZMSM) examinations and Trinity examinations, while actively promoting participation in NZMSM music competitions. “It is both a joy and a privilege to share my love of music with others. I am passionate about creative music education; music is the air I breathe.”
