Nick Warner
NZMSM TeacherWith over 15 years of experience as an educator at the New Zealand Modern School of Music, Nick is a highly accomplished instructor. He boasts more than 25 years of guitar playing experience and has pursued studies in Audio Engineering, Contemporary Music, and Performance at MAINZ in Auckland. In addition to performing and recording with various bands, Nick has established himself as a successful solo artist. He has also played a pivotal role in mentoring numerous school bands. Nick's passion lies in teaching both classic rock styles and contemporary music, enriching the learning experience for his students.
He actively encourages his students to create their own music arrangements, nurturing an appreciation for both the creative and technical facets of music education. Ultimately, Nick's teaching philosophy inspires students to cultivate a genuine passion for their instrument and the art of music-making. Based in Pokeno, he offers in-school instruction at Waiau Pa and Bombay schools.
