Caroline's four guiding principles are "Imagination, Improvisation, Creativity, and Fun." Based in Onewhero, Caro provides high-quality and engaging music instruction at Onewhero Area School, Pukekawa School, and from her home studio. As a highly skilled musician and songwriter, Caro has been imparting her musical expertise since 1999. She is proficient in guitar, ukulele, banjo, recorder, and flute. Her passion lies in sharing her knowledge and contributing to music education.
Caro tailors her lessons to align with her students' goals, effectively setting them up for success. She is a dedicated and adaptable educator, possessing extensive experience in preparing students for NCEA assessments. Additionally, she provides students with opportunities to perform and incorporates NZMSM practical examinations into her curriculum. In conjunction with her teaching role at NZMSM, Caro also leads "The Pukeleles," a community ukulele group located in the Franklin area.
